An 8-week continuation of Mindfulness and Meditation

This is a continuation course designed for people who have meditated at some point in the past and wish to get support for their practice.  However, beginners are also welcome and content is appropriate for anyone with an interest in meditation and mindfulness.

Like constant gardeners, we cultivate our capacity to recognize the stress of living with the human mind, and we give ourselves room to breathe by stepping back mentally.  We can experience an important feeling of calm in any moment, and this can transform how we live each day.  A breath is all that is required to experience deep healing.

If you are feeling unwell – from stress, physical illness, or a general sense of unease – join us and find a greater calm for yourself.  We will practice proven mindfulness and meditation techniques together and if you are comfortable, you are invited to share your personal reflections.

Mindfulness and meditation is one of the most powerful medicines in the world. Being human is challenging. Having better tools in your kit makes a difference.
