An event every week that begins at 12:45 pm on Wednesday, repeating until Wednesday, September 28, 2022
Art making is a journey to mindfulness and calm. Come play with art making projects that allow you to focus, calm and relax each Wednesday at 12:45 pm at St. Alban’s. Meg Artley is your guide, introducing the steps of a simple project and the easy techniques to employ as you work. No need for prior experience — just an open heart and mind. No need to bring any art supplies — these will be provided. Please register early — space is limited. This class will take place at St. Alban’s Nourse Hall. Please register for the Wednesday lunch and Wednesday Fitness programs if you plan to join them.
