Dr. Matthew Mintz is an Internal Medicine and Primary Care physician with a solo practitioner in Bethesda, Maryland.  He is also one of the few physicians who certifies patients in both the State of Maryland and the District of Columbia for medical cannabis as part of his regular practice. Dr. Mintz is an expert in CBD and medical cannabis, and is author of the book, “Medical Marijuana and CBD: A Physician’s Guide for Patients.”
