This one hour, four-session class will continue to examine the work of various 20th century women artists, including Käthe Kollwitz, Magdalena Abakanowicz, Eva Hesse, and Nancy Spero.  We’ll focus on their art and also on the ways their art was a response to the challenging times, public and private, they lived in.  We’ll make use of online materials such as YouTube videos and podcast interviews, as well as materials emailed directly to class participants. Join artist and poet Marie Pavlicek-Wehrli for this class. The class will meet on Wednesdays and Fridays. You will be invited to both classes.
