Practicing mindfulness and meditation is like walking on a path of deepening and lasting peace.   But… what do you do when daily irritations arise?  What do you do when you are rushing around, unable to stop and get closer to peace on a given day?  What do you do when certain emotions “wreck the party” again?

In this 4-week course, we will develop specific practices to deal with difficulties that arise in daily inner life.  Students will meet once a week for 90 minutes to learn, meditate, practice, and share.  Reinforce your meditation and mindfulness habits with a supportive group of practitioners, growing your practice by hearing from others and sharing what’s going on (or what’s not going on).

**This class is for students who have taken the 6-week Introduction to Meditation & Mindfulness or who have equivalent familiarity with the practice**

Thursdays (May 20, May 27, June 3, June 10), 10:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.  Class size limited to 36 participants.
