Enjoy mindfulness and stretching exercises with experienced yoga instructor Regine Clermont. The group will do warm-ups, stretching, and breathing exercises – standing, seated, and on the floor, depending on the needs of the participants. We look forward to having you join us and hope you will leave the class with more energy but also feel more focused and relaxed. Please bring your own yoga mat and a thick towel. This class is intended for DC Residents age 60 plus who have no experience with yoga.


Regine Clermont is an RYT 200, Master’s Degree Social Worker, certified Usui Reiki II Practitioner, and a certified Integrative Health Coach. For over 27 years, Regine has worked in the fields of mental health, trauma, abuse, homelessness, affordable housing, and gerontology. The style of Hatha yoga Regine teaches is gentle flow and chair.
