Wednesdays 10:15-11:15 am                         Dec. 4-March 18, 2020

Enjoy mindfulness and stretching exercises with experienced yoga and mindfulness instructor Camille Martone. The group will do warm-ups, stretching, and breathing exercises – standing, seated, and on the floor, depending on the needs of the participants. We look forward to having you join us and hope you will leave the class with more energy but also feel more focused and relaxed. Bring your own yoga mat and a thick towel. This class is intended for DC Residents age 60 plus who have some yoga experience.

Camille Martone is a DC resident and certified as an adult (and kids) yoga instructor. She has been teaching yoga to kids and adults for many years. Currently she teaches yoga to underserved residents in SE DC through A Wider Circle, staff at a local middle school, chair yoga at Cordoza health Center, and mindfulness and movement to homeless individuals at Thrive DC.
