Monday Fitness Classes

An event every week that begins at 10:00 am on Monday, repeating until April 20, 2020
Participate in our fitness classes through Zoom. We will send you a link to join the class before the class begins. Please test Zoom and make sure you are comfortable with it. https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/201362193-Joining-a-Meeting.
Once you have registered for one class, you will be enrolled in that class each week. You do need to register for other classes other days.
Please register by 9:00 pm the night before the class is to take place. Registrants after 9:00 pm will not be invited to the class the following day.
Participate in the exercise programs at your own risk and remember to consult with your doctor before starting a new fitness program.
Register for Ruth Barnes Zumba class from 10:00-11:00 am.
Zumba is a fun, dynamic dance exercise class. The class introduces easy-to-follow Zumba® moves at a lower intensity designed for older adults. Enjoy Latin-inspired movements that provide a great aerobic workout while also focusing on balance, range of motion, and coordination.
Register for Kathy Gracenin’s Low-impact Fitness class from 11:00 am -12:00 pm
General wellness programs for older adults to slow the aging process and promote independent living. The classes include preventative tips and demonstrations for taking care of oneself in emergencies. Seated, slow movements involving the entire body to protect against fractures by increasing bone strength and density.
