A combination class using elements of Tai Chi, Yoga, Qi Gong and Dance sequences to not only help the BODY improve strength, balance and alignment, but also the MIND. Studies have shown that by dancing a little each day, you can help the health of your brain. Follow this prescription and watch your SPIRIT rise! Dancing in your chairs is also great! Bring your own water bottle. The class will admit the first 20 participants at each session. This class is intended for DC Residents age 60 plus.
Kathy Gracenin’s extensive background includes a Master of Fine Arts Degree in Movement and Dance from Case Western University, Cleveland, Ohio. Her love of teaching is evident in her spirit and vitality which is infectious!
