Join Chef Susan Barocas in the kitchen for some go-to meal ideas and also, what to keep stocked in your fridge and pantry to create delicious meals quickly with what you have on hand.

Wednesday, November 10 at 3 pm: Potatoes Stuffed and Topped:
When is a potato more than a potato? When it’s a delicious carrier for toppings and stuffings made with everything from veggies and fruits to beans and meat. Join Chef Susan Barocas in the kitchen as we get creative with different kinds of potatoes, stuffing and toppings to create delicious side and main dishes.

Chef Susan Barocas is a writer, cook, teacher and speaker with a passion for healthy cooking and Mediterranean, Middle Eastern and Jewish cuisines. Founding director of the innovative Jewish Food Experience, she served as guest chef for three of President Obama’s White House Seders.
