In this hands-on and safe class, you will be introduced to time-tested mindfulness and meditation practices that can increase happiness, help cope with chronic pain and ease depression and anxiety.  The course will include the latest research into the role of mindfulness and meditation in maintaining health and well-being. The class will be held online and will start April 6 and run through May 11.

You will learn the foundational teachings and practices to start your own practice of mindfulness and meditation, one of the most powerful medicines in the world. Being human is challenging. Kaili Mang Jeyarajah, our Instructor, has completed her certificate in Mindfulness and Meditation through the Awareness Training Institute at the University of California at Berkeley.
