This is a group exercise class designed to celebrate and motivate the mature client in their evolving yet very essential fitness journey. Participants can expect to be guided through a workout that challenges the full body via cardio, strength, core/balance and flexibility training. Seated and Standing options are both presented in class and all fitness levels are accommodated with modifications offered where necessary. Group Fitness with NiClaire ultimately seeks to remind our clients of the various benefits of remaining physically active and that we truly ARE as young as we feel! Bring your own water bottle please. First 20 participants welcome. This class is intended for DC Residents age 60 plus.
