Strategies to strengthen your social network and become better at giving and receiving help. Change your relationships for the better and learn what can get in the way as we search for fellowship.

If you want new friends, this class will help you find them in new activities or among your acquaintances.  Dale Brown, who led a study group for Iona Senior Services and leads The Social Connection Project, will teach this class.  There will be plenty of discussion among participants.

Classes will include strategies on

• activities and volunteering
• being a good friend
• handling conflict in friendship
• exchanging favors and helping each other
