The principles of Tai Chi Chuan address balance and equanimity in the body through movement. Edward Pratt focuses more on the aspects of balance and feeling of movements to address the concerns of falling by older adults. Tai Chi is great for all ages and is ideal for those who are wheelchair bound and those who can still stand; both can be taught together.
