Thursday Fitness Classes

An event every week that begins at 10:00 am on Thursday, repeating until April 23, 2020
Participate in our fitness classes through Zoom. We will send you a link to join the class 15 minutes before the class begins. Please test Zoom and make sure you are comfortable with it. https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/201362193-Joining-a-Meeting.
Please register by 9:00 pm the night before the class is to take place. Registrants after 9:00 pm will not be invited to the class the following day.
Participate in the exercise programs at your own risk and remember to consult with your doctor before starting a new fitness program.
Once you have registered for one class, you will be enrolled in that class each week. You do need to register for other classes other days.
Register for Kathy Gracenin’s RX Move to Music class from 10:00-11:00 am
A combination class using elements of Tai Chi, Yoga, Qi Gong and Dance sequences to not only help the BODY improve strength, balance and alignment, but also the MIND. Studies have shown that by dancing a little each day, you can help the health of your brain. Follow this prescription and watch your SPIRIT rise! Dancing in your chairs is also great!
Register for NiClaire Jones’ Fitness Class from 11:00 am-noon
This is a group exercise class to celebrate mature clients in their evolving fitness journey. Participants will be guided through challenging, full body workout via cardio, strength, core/balance and flexibility training. Seated & standing options are presented with modifications where necessary. FOYF-benefits of remaining physically active!
