This is a group exercise class to celebrate mature clients in their evolving fitness journey. Participants will be guided through challenging, full body workout via cardio, strength, core/balance and flexibility training. Seated & standing options are presented with modifications where necessary. FOYF-benefits of remaining physically active! This class is taught by Niclaire Jones.

Participate in our fitness classes through Zoom. We will send you a link to join the class before the class begins.  Email: Community@iona.org if you need help accessing Zoom. Once you have registered for one class, you will be enrolled in that class each week. You do need to register for other classes other days. Please register by 9:00 pm the night before the class is to take place. Registrants after 9:00 pm may not be invited to the class the following day. Participate in the exercise programs  at your own risk and remember to consult with your doctor before starting a new fitness program.
