

Virtual Low Impact Fitness Class Mondays from 11 am-noon

| FreeGeneral wellness programs for older adults to slow the aging process and promote independent living. The classes include preventative tips and demonstrations for taking care of oneself in emergencies. Seated, slow movements involving the entire body to protect against fractures by increasing bone strength and density.
Participate in our fitness classes through Zoom. We will send you a link to join the class before the class begins. Email: Community@iona.org if you need help accessing Zoom. Once you have registered for one class, you will be enrolled in that class each week. You do need to register for other classes other days. Please register by 9:00 pm the night before the class is to take place. Registrants after 9:00 pm may not be invited to the class the following day. Participate in the exercise programs at your own risk and remember to consult with your doctor before starting a new fitness program.
This class is taught by our dynamic instructor, Kathy Gracenin. There is no need to re-register if you participated in this class earlier in the year. You will still be on Kathy’s list.
