Join Kathy Gracenin for her RX: Move to Music class, a combination class using elements of Tai Chi, Yoga, Qi Gong and Dance sequences to not only help the BODY improve strength, balance and alignment, but also the MIND. Studies have shown that by dancing a little each day, you can help the health of your brain. Follow this prescription and watch your SPIRIT rise! Dancing in your chairs is also great!
Participate in our fitness classes through Zoom. We will send you a link to join the class before the class begins. Email: Community@iona.org if you need help accessing Zoom. Once you have registered for one class, you will be enrolled in that class each week. You do need to register for other classes other days. Please register by 9:00 pm the night before the class is to take place. Registrants after 9:00 pm may not be invited to the class the following day. Participate in the exercise programs at your own risk and remember to consult with your doctor before starting a new fitness program. (No need to re-register if you participated in this class earlier in the year.)
