A combo class using elements of Tai Chi, Yoga, Qi Gong, and Dance sequences to not only help the body improve strength, balance, and alignment, but also the mind. Studies have shown that by dancing a little each day you can help the health of your brain. Follow this prescription and watch your spirit rise! Dancing in your chairs is also great!  This class is intended for DC Residents age 60 plus.

Kathy Gracenin has an extensive background, which includes a Master of Fine Arts Degree in Movement and Dance from Case Western University, Cleveland, Ohio. Her love of teaching is evident in her infectious spirit!
