This is a group exercise class designed to celebrate and motivate the mature client in their evolving yet very essential fitness journey. Participants can expect to be guided through a workout that challenges the full body via cardio, strength, core/balance and flexibility training. Seated and Standing options are both presented in class and all fitness levels are accommodated with modifications offered where necessary. Group Fitness with NiClaire ultimately seeks to remind our clients of the various benefits of remaining physically active and that we truly ARE as young as we feel! This class is intended for DC Residents age 60 plus.

Niclaire Jones is a Nationally Certified Personal Trainer/Group Fitness Instructor entering her 6th year as a FT Fitness Professional.

Once you have registered for one class, you will be enrolled in that class each week. You do need to register for other classes other days.

Please register by 9:00 pm the night before the class is to take place. Registrants after 9:00 pm may not be invited to the class the following day.

Participate in the exercise programs  at your own risk and remember to consult with your doctor before starting a new fitness program.
