An event every week that begins at 2:00 pm on Friday, repeating until October 30, 2020
Norman Greene practices and teaches Tai Chi Chan, which can help strengthen balance, posture, memory, and patience. The single movements of Tai chi can help us enjoy ourselves by slowing down and enjoying the moment. It is fun and helps the meditative practice. This class is intended for DC Residents age 60 plus.
Norman Greene has been teaching people of all ages Tai chi since 1985, and is an artist as well.
articipate in our fitness classes through Zoom. We will send you a link to join the class before the class begins.

Once you have registered for one class, you will be enrolled in that class each week. You do need to register for other classes other days.
Please register by 9:00 pm the night before the class is to take place. Registrants after 9:00 pm may not be invited to the class the following day.
