Walking Tour with Jane K.: Hillwood Estate, Museum and Gardens at 10:00 am

10am: Meet outside of Van Ness – UDC Metro. North side of Connecticut Avenue near Veazy Terrace, NW. (From Metro to Hillwood .9 milles, 20 minutes). If you prefer to meet us there, we should arrive about 10:30 at the ticket office.
DC tour guide, Jane Khoury, will lead a walk to Hillwood, the beautiful estate of Marjorie Merriweather Post. We will tour the home –a museum to French and Russian decorative arts –as well as walking the grounds, which includes a rose garden, Japanese style garden, putting green, French parterre, and much more.
The Tour will end at Hillwood at approximately noon.
This visit requires a fee of $12 for seniors (65+) We may walk up hills and over uneven terrain.
