Relax into the warm blanket of awareness and reinforce your meditation and mindfulness habits with a supportive group of practitioners.  Meditation and mindfulness can resist incorporation into daily life, but your practice grows when you continue learning and sharing what’s going on (or what’s not going on).  In this 4-week course starting in February, students meet once a week for 90 minutes to meditate, do exercises, listen to teachings, and share together, with the goal of increasing mindfulness in daily life.
