Rx. Move to the Music with Kathy Gracenin
Wednesdays 10:30-11:30 am

A combo class using elements of Tai Chi, Yoga, Qi Gong, and Dance sequences to not only help the body improve strength, balance, and alignment, but also the mind. Studies have shown that by dancing a little each day you can help the health of your brain. Follow this prescription and watch your spirit rise! Dancing in your chairs is also great! Bring your own water bottle. The class will admit the first 20 participants at each session. This class is intended for DC Residents age 60 plus.

Kathy Gracenin has an extensive background, which includes a Master of Fine Arts Degree in Movement and Dance from Case Western University, Cleveland, Ohio. Her love of teaching is evident in her infectious spirit!

No class on Monday, July 4th.
Masks and proof of vaccination are required at all in-person programs. We encourage the use of N95 or KN95 masks.
