FOYF is a group exercise class designed to celebrate and motivate the mature client in their evolving yet very essential fitness journey. Participants can expect to be guided through a workout that challenges the full body via cardio, strength, core/balance and flexibility training. Seated and Standing options are both presented in class and all fitness levels are accommodated with modifications offered where necessary. FOYF ultimately seeks to remind our clients of the various benefits of remaining physically active and that we truly ARE as young as we feel!
NiClaire Jones is a Nationally Certified Personal Trainer/Group Fitness Instructor Entering into her 6th year as a FT Fitness Professional. She is a strong advocate for personal love and care and enjoys the privilege of assisting others with actualizing their fitness goals and becoming the best version of themselves. Classes are free of charge.
