Rx. Move to the Music! Join this movement and music class to help improve your strength, balance and alignment. Class takes place Wednesdays from 10:30-11:30 a.m.
A combo class using elements of: Tai Chi, Yoga, Qi Gong and Dance sequences, to not only help the BODY improve strength, balance and alignment, but also the MIND. Studies have shown that by dancing a little each day, you can help the health of your brain. Follow this prescription and watch your SPIRIT rise! Dancing in your chairs is also great!
Kathy Gracenin has an extensive background, which includes a Master of Fine Arts Degree in Movement and Dance from Case Western University, Cleveland, Ohio. Her love of teaching is evident in her infectious spirit!
All classes will be cancelled on days that the DC Schools are closed for snow days. Class limited to the first 20 participants.
