This informative presentation will focus on: \n• The biological basis for oral health. \n• The mouth-body connection. \n• How to maintain your teeth and oral health for your lifetime. \n• What are the choices you may need to make about dental fillings\, implants\, crowns\, and other prosthetics. \n• What are your dental questions? \nDr. Sal Selvaggio\, a Georgetown University Dental graduate\, practiced dentistry for 35 years and is a Board member of the DC Dental Society Foundation. He lectures on oral health at DC Wellness Centers and teaches healthcare workers about oral care. \nThis program has been changed to fully virtual.

In this special session\, you’ll have the chance to write letters of gratitude to ATDC instructors or to anyone in your life you appreciate. We’ll have tea\, light refreshments\, and plenty of cards and stationery ready for you. \nThe workshop will include three parts: \nWelcome & Inspiration – Settle in with tea and reflect on the joy and meaning of handwritten letters. A guided meditation will also help us get into the writing headspace. \nWriting Time – Choose who you’d like to write to: an ATDC instructor\, yourself\, a friend or loved one\, or even someone no longer with us. Prompts will be provided to help you get started and spark inspiration. \nSharing & Closing – If you’d like\, share part of your letter with the group\, then take your writing home to keep or send. \nCome enjoy good company\, a warm cup of tea\, and the timeless tradition of letter writing—an hour to pause\, reflect\, and give thanks.
