Come play with creative projects that allow you to focus, calm and relax each Wednesday at 12:45 pm at St. Alban’s. Meg Artley is your guide on the first Wednesday of each month at 12:45 pm, introducing the steps of a simple creative project and the easy techniques to employ as you work. Each following Wednesday, there will be time after lunch in the studio to continue to express your creativity on your own, in a lively, supportive community. No need for prior art-making experience — just an open heart and mind.  No need to bring any art supplies — these will be provided.  Please register early — space is limited. (Volunteers are needed for this program, please email Frances Bucien for information.) St. Alban’s Slaterly Hall, Wednesdays beginning June 1, 12:45 – 2 pm

Meg Artley, E-RYT 500, has worked toward clarity and peace in her life through the practice of yoga, meditation, art-making and writing, a journey she has shared at www.lostandfoundyoga.com.
