Join Gerri Carpenter’s medium level seated (some standing) exercise focusing on flexibility, strength, stamina, balance and fun!

Participate in our fitness classes through Zoom. We will send you a link to join the class before the class begins.  Email: Community@iona.org if you need help accessing Zoom. Once you have registered for one class, you will be enrolled in that class each week. You do need to register for other classes other days. Please register by 9:00 pm the night before the class is to take place. Registrants after 9:00 pm may not be invited to the class the following day. Participate in the exercise programs  at your own risk and remember to consult with your doctor before starting a new fitness program.

This beginner/intermediate level class is offered by a physical therapist with 20 years experience teaching Senior Fitness. We will use hand weights and elastic bands for strength work. Focus on improved function, flexibility, balance, cardio, and fun!
