Join Ayanna for an enriching Pilates Mat class that goes beyond the physical workout, incorporating her unique approach to mindfulness and body awareness. This class is a dynamic and invigorating workout that focuses on core strength, flexibility, and overall body awareness. Participants engage in a series of controlled and precise movements on a mat, using their own body weight as resistance. Pilates Mat classes help improve posture, build lean muscle, and enhance overall body balance. Suitable for all fitness levels, this class offers a full-body workout that promotes strength, flexibility, and a sense of well-being.
To participate in this class, no prior registration is required.
