
VIRTUAL Gentle Movement and Guided Meditation with Meg Artley

Come settle your mud with other people seeking peace and joy within. Each class begins with a short discussion of inspirational literature, followed by yoga practice you do from your chair. The class ends with a guided meditation, bringing the mind home to the body through union with the breath. You will leave Meg’s class with a bit more clarity, peace and comfort, maybe even bliss!
Needed: If you are doing this class on Zoom, you will need a sturdy chair without arms to do the practice.
Meg Artley, E-RYT 500, has worked toward clarity and peace in her life through the practice of yoga, meditation, art-making and writing, a journey she has shared at www.lostandfoundyoga.com. After a career as a fundraiser, she received a certificate in yoga teaching from Tranquil Space in 2012 and has clocked over 1,000 hours of teaching yoga and teaching yoga teachers at several yoga studios in the Washington, DC area. Recently, Meg taught mindful art-making and Gentle Yoga for Around Town DC.
