Join us for a mindful yoga practice tailored for intermediate seniors. We encourage participants to bring a yoga mat and blanket; chairs are provided for those who prefer or need seated practice. The class includes time for centering and breath work, asana practice focusing on gentle, mindful movements, and ends with a soothing savasana.

Camille Martone is a DC resident and a certified yoga instructor, Nordic walking and fitness instructor, and Craniosacral therapist. She has been teaching yoga and fitness to kids and adults for many years. She has taught yoga to underserved residents in SE DC through A Wider Circle, staff at a local middle school, senior yoga for DC Parks and Rec, chair yoga at Cordoza health Center, and mindfulness and movement to clients at Whitman Walker Clinic and homeless individuals at Thrive DC.
