This gentle Pilates mat class is designed specifically for adults aged 60 and older, focusing on improving strength, flexibility, posture, and balance. Participants will be guided through low-impact movements that support core stability, joint mobility, and mindful breathing—all performed on a mat with modifications available to suit individual needs and comfort levels.

Ideal for beginners and those looking to maintain or enhance their physical wellness in a safe and supportive environment, this class promotes healthy aging and can help reduce the risk of falls and stiffness. No previous Pilates experience is required. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat if you have one.
