Join Legal Counsel for the Elderly (LCE) to learn about resources that may help with energy and utility costs, including LIHEAP, GWUL, the Salvation Army, and other assistance programs. LCE will discuss the LIHEAP application process and options for the 2027 fiscal year, along with free legal services available to DC residents age 60 and older, including support with housing, benefits, consumer issues, and other common legal concerns.
