You’ll experience balance challenges tailored to your fitness level, all set to an energizing Motown soundtrack. Perfect for seniors looking to build strength, enhance stability, and boost confidence in movement. 

About Emma Swain
Emma Swain brings over 35 years of experience teaching 20+ group fitness classes per week. She began her career in New York City, where she was recognized as the Best Spin Instructor by New York Press. Emma’s diverse background includes aerobics, step, indoor cycling, boot camp, and currently focuses on barre, Pilates, and rhythmic movement. Her passion is creating engaging, effective workouts that keep participants motivated and moving.
