Tai Chi Chuan (Tai Chi)
Tai Chi Chuan, also known simply as Tai Chi, is an ancient internal Chinese martial art that integrates mind and body. Suitable for all ages and levels, Tai Chi is especially beneficial for seniors as it helps improve balance, strength, and mental awareness.
The deliberately slow, flowing movements promote body integration and the cultivation of equanimity—a balanced state physically, mentally, emotionally, and energetically. Tai Chi is an ideal practice that offers a unique and rewarding experience. Highly recommended for those seeking a mindful and holistic approach to movement.
