Norman Greene practices and teaches Tai Chi Chan, which can help strengthen balance, posture, memory, and patience. The single movements of Tai chi can help us enjoy ourselves by slowing down and enjoying the moment. It is fun and helps the meditative practice. This class is intended for DC Residents age 60 plus. Bring your own water bottle. The class will admit the first 20 participants at each session.
Norman Greene has been teaching people of all ages Tai chi since 1985, and is an artist as well.
