Meet:  10am,  November 19, 2026, Inside the Welcome Center at Arlington National Cemetery near the wax figure of the bugler.

To enter, you will go through airport-style security.  Bring a government-issued picture ID in the unlikely event they request it. Comfortable shoes, hats, water bottles recommended.  We will be walking up and down hills. 

On the week following Veteran’s Day, please join us to honor the sacrifices of the men and women of the armed forces at our nation’s premier military cemetery.  On this walking tour, we will visit the grave of President Kennedy, see the changing of the guard at Tomb of the Unknown Soldier and, time permitting, visit Arlington House, which stands as a memorial to Confederate General Robert E. Lee. Along the way, we will learn the stories of other veterans, great and humble, who are laid to rest on this hallowed ground.
