  • This drawing course will investigate landscapes beyond the naturalistic representation of a place, with a strong emphasis on using color drawing materials to explore space, mood, and expression. Students will delve into landscape as a way to communicate ideas and emotion, and emphasis will be placed on color relationships, mark making, composition, and more. We will primarily work from photographic references, starting more representational and developing more inventiveness throughout. All skill levels are welcome!

  • This presentation will cover what probate is, how the probate process works, and the challenges it can create for families. We will discuss tools to help avoid probate, such as beneficiary designations, payable-on-death accounts, transfer-on-death deeds, and other strategies that may simplify the transfer of assets to loved ones. We will also discuss documents that aid with end-of-life decision making, like wills and powers of attorney.
