Wednesday, December 22nd:  Seasonal Eatings  –  Learn how to use winter veggies in sides, salads, and slaws in your cold weather cooking – beets, turnips, parsnips, cabbage, carrots, sweet potatoes, potatoes, and more.

Wednesday, January 26th: One-Pot Pastas – Tasty & healthy shortcut pasta recipes made in one pot or pan to get dinner on the table fast.

Wednesday, February 23rd:  Greening Winter – Chard, collards, rapini, kale, Brussel’s sprouts, parsley – we could all eat more greens and this class with show you how with some new ideas for preparing and cooking green vegetables and herbs.

Chef Susan Barocas is a writer, cook, teacher and speaker with a passion for healthy cooking and Mediterranean, Middle Eastern and Jewish cuisines. Founding director of the innovative Jewish Food Experience, she served as guest chef for three of President Obama’s White House Seders.
