This hour-long program is a casual and welcoming space to explore journaling with others. We start with a short meditation to relax and settle in, then write for about 20-25 minutes. Optional prompts are provided each week for inspiration, but this time is yours to write (or draw, doodle, list, sit) in whatever way feels good to you.
