Students will use a chair and mat to experience a gradual progression of yoga poses to strengthen and stretch the body and breathing practices to calm the mind. The teacher will tailor the poses to accommodate the needs of different bodies, such as tight hips and hamstrings or cranky knees. All levels are welcome.
